We take the confidentiality of your information extremely seriously. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or Your Content to any third party.
We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors who help us operate the Service. These vendors are contractually required to protect your information and may only use it to perform services on our behalf. Current service providers include:
- Supabase — database storage, file storage, and authentication infrastructure

Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal process (such as a subpoena or court order). To the extent permitted by law, we will attempt to notify you before disclosing your information in response to a legal request.

With Your Consent: We will share your information with third parties when you give us explicit consent to do so.
We Do Not Share With:
- Advertisers or advertising networks
- Data brokers
- Your spouse, attorney, or any party to your legal proceeding (unless you explicitly authorize it)
5. Information About Your Children
In the course of using the Service, you may provide information about your minor children — specifically in connection with parenting arrangements and health insurance documentation. This information is:
- Collected from you as an adult user, not directly from your children
- Used solely to generate the relevant document prompts for your legal matter
- Subject to the same security and confidentiality protections as all other information in your account
- Not shared with any third party except as described in Section 4
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13. The Service is not directed to children.
6. Data Security
We implement and maintain commercially reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your information, including:
Encryption:
- All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security)
- Documents and other data stored in our systems are encrypted at rest
Access Controls:
- Your documents are stored with row-level security controls that restrict access to your account only
- Company personnel cannot access your documents except in limited technical support circumstances
- Our PDF assembly system accesses your documents only for the purpose of generating your binder and does so through a secure, isolated process
Authentication:
- Passwords are hashed using industry-standard cryptographic algorithms before storage
- Email confirmation is required to activate new accounts
- Two-factor authentication (via email verification code) is required for all accounts to protect access to your documents
Infrastructure:
- We rely on Supabase's enterprise-grade security infrastructure for database and file storage
- All infrastructure providers are selected for their security credentials and compliance certifications
Despite these measures, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. In the event of a security breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account information and Your Content for as long as your account is active. Following cancellation or account deactivation:
- We will retain your data for 90 days following cancellation to allow you to download your documents and binder
- We will notify you by email at day 60 that your documents will be permanently deleted in 30 days if your subscription is not renewed
- After the 90-day period, your documents and uploaded files will be permanently deleted from our active systems
- Deleted data may persist in encrypted backup systems for up to an additional 90 days before being purged from backups
- Account registration information (name, email) may be retained for a reasonable period for fraud prevention and record-keeping purposes
- Billing records are retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable tax and accounting law
- If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your information within 30 days of your request, subject to any legal retention obligations (including litigation hold requirements)
